Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Content Writer for an
onsite position at our office near Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi. The role requires a skilled
professional to lead content creation strategies, ensuring alignment with our business goals and
enhancing our brand visibility. The working hours for this position are from 3:00 PM to 12:00
AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development:
• Develop, implement, and manage content strategies that align with business objectives
and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to develop
integrated content strategies that support business growth.
• Content Creation and Editing:
• Create, edit, and proofread high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media,
email campaigns, and other platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone and style guidelines.
• SEO Optimization:
• Optimize content for SEO to achieve high search engine rankings and increase organic
traffic.
• Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Market Research:
• Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into
content creation.
• Mentorship:
• Mentor junior writers, providing feedback and guidance to improve their writing and
content strategy skills.
• Content Project Management:
• Manage content creation timelines, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the
highest quality standards.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing, SEO, and digital media to keep
the company’s content strategy ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Media Sciences, Communications, Marketing,
or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional writing experience with a strong portfolio
showcasing expertise in digital content creation.

• Skills:
• Proven experience in SEO-optimized content writing and a deep understanding of SEO
best practices.
• Strong research, writing, and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, HubSpot, or
similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while
maintaining high-quality standards.
