Job Overview
The HR Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and
engaging experience for candidates. You will play a critical role in sourcing, interviewing, and
hiring top talent who align with our company’s vision and culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing and Attracting Talent
• Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
• Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and
networking.
• Post job opportunities across multiple social media and professional platforms.
• Screening and Interviewing
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and the organization throughout the hiring process.
• Enhancing Candidate Experience
• Provide clear and timely communication to candidates at every stage of the hiring
process.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey, from application through onboarding.
• Foster an engaging experience that reflects the company’s values and culture.
• Data Management and Compliance
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics.
• Prepare recruitment reports and present them to HR leadership.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Preferred Skills
• HR certification or internship is an advantage.
• Experience in technical recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
