Description

Job Title: Teaching Coordinator
Location: Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi
Job Timings: 11am - 7pm
Offered Salary: Rs. 40000 – Rs. 45,000

Key Responsibilities:
Class Scheduling and Coordination:
• Develop and maintain class schedules, ensuring that courses are appropriately staffed and
resources are available.
• Work with instructors and department heads to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate schedule changes to students and faculty in a timely manner

Faculty Support:
• Assist faculty in preparing teaching materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, and
assessments.
• Coordinate training sessions for new faculty on teaching practices, software tools, and
institutional policies.
• Maintain accurate records of faculty availability, course loads, and professional
development.

Student Communication and Support:
• Act as a primary point of contact for students regarding academic queries, course
requirements, and grading.
• Address and escalate student concerns related to teaching quality, classroom behavior, or
course content.
• Support the organization of student orientations and academic advising sessions.
Curriculum and Program Development:
• Assist in the development and updating of curricula in alignment with institutional goals
and industry standards.
• Help in the coordination of academic workshops, seminars, and other events that enhance
the learning experience.

Assessment and Reporting:
• Assist in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing student feedback on courses and
instructors.
• Monitor and track student progress and assist in the preparation of reports for academic
reviews.
• Ensure compliance with academic policies and assist with accreditation processes.

Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s
degree may be preferred.

Experience:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in an academic or administrative setting, with a focus on
coordination or teaching support.

Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and academic
management platforms (e.g., LMS, gradebooks).
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
