Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative WordPress Developer/Designer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong foundation in both development and design, with expertise in
WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. You will be responsible for creating,
customizing, and optimizing WordPress sites, ensuring an exceptional user experience and
responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design WordPress websites, ensuring high-quality standards, performance, and
functionality.
- Create custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet client and project requirements.
- Build and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites across devices.
- Utilize popular page builders, such as Elementor, for efficient site customization and
management.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive site aesthetics and user
experience.
- Troubleshoot issues and bugs, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress and industry trends to apply innovative design and
development approaches.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in WordPress development and design.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Experience with creating and customizing themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with popular page builders, especially Elementor.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
